You're always in the driver's seat when it comes to your personal information.  **Data security:** Your data is hosted on Thiscovery's secure UK servers with extra technical protection. No charge unless requests are unreasonable.  **Technical details**  **Software:** Open-source HumHub platform  **Hosting:** Thiscovery's secure AWS servers in the UK   **Security:** Cyber Security Essentials Plus certified   **Data location:** All data stored in the UK  **Data processing agreement:** Thiscovery handles your data under a complete contract with East of England Learning Improvement Network that ensures:  - Handling only following East of England Learning Improvement Network’s clear instructions  - Proper security measures  - Help with your data rights  - Secure deletion when the agreement ends  - Regular checks to make sure we follow the rules  **If something goes wrong**  If there's a security problem affecting your data:  1. Thiscovery tell East of England Learning Improvement Network immediately (within 24 hours) 2. They check if you and the Information Commissioner need to know  3. If there's high risk to your rights, we inform you within 72 hours  4. We take immediate steps to reduce any impact and fix the problem  5.
